Three gins, an outsider and an amaro

BoombasticGin — Not a timid gin. Juniper, hops, coriander and a secret botanical: dry, herbaceous and slightly bitter, with a lasting finish.

Ginight — Violet on the nose. Dry structure on the palate. Its purple colour is natural; the faint black tint disappears as soon as you pour it into the glass, without dilution. Floral, not sugary.

CaramelGin — Sweet. But not how you think. Natural caramel opens the sip; juniper, hops and coriander take it in a spicy direction. A gin, not a caramel liqueur.

MonGin — Not gin. Not limoncello. A spirit drink at 30% ABV with sfusato lemons from the Amalfi Coast, juniper, hops and coriander. Citrus opens the sip; the herbal notes give it structure.

Elixir Amaricante — Thirty herbs, worked through cold infusion. An intense, complex amaro with a smooth, lightly sweet finish.
