SD Distillery was born from a bold idea — that of a woman who decided not to settle for the ordinary. "SD" is us: a founder who prefers to speak through her products, and a team united by the same obsession: seeking the different, the particular, that which evokes an emotion.

We were born in Brescia. We distill in the province of Ferrara. And in between, there's a continuous search for botanicals, profiles, and stories that no one else tells.

The hop that changes everything

We chose hops as the star botanical — unconventional, unexpected. Combined with Mediterranean juniper, coriander, and the botanicals of each individual recipe, it creates unique profiles recognizable from the first sip.

We produce in small batches because it's the only way to control every detail. Every bottle is the result of precise choices — of botanicals, technique, and character.
