Visual examination: Intense amber/dark golden color. A warm and natural hue, obtained from sugar caramelization without synthetic colorants
On the nose: Deep and luscious. The classic resinous notes of juniper blend with hints of toffee. Hops remain in the background to provide verticality and prevent the aroma from being cloying
On the palate: Surprising. The entry is soft and round, with the sweetness of caramel enveloping the tongue. Immediately after, the alcoholic shoulder of 40° and the herbaceous cut of the hops arrive, drying the palate and balancing the sweetness. Long finish, with returns of spices
