🌿 Botanicals

• Juniper — the aromatic backbone
• Caramel — gives the amber color and that toasted, almost smoky flavor, reminiscent of aged spirits
• Hops — provides the bitter note that contrasts the sweetness of the caramel
• Coriander — enhances the citrusy freshness

🍸 Tasting Notes

• Visual examination: Intense amber/dark golden color. A warm and natural hue, obtained from sugar caramelization without synthetic colorants
• On the nose: Deep and luscious. The classic resinous notes of juniper blend with hints of toffee. Hops remain in the background to provide verticality and prevent the aroma from being cloying
• On the palate: Surprising. The entry is soft and round, with the sweetness of caramel enveloping the tongue. Immediately after, the alcoholic shoulder of 40° and the herbaceous cut of the hops arrive, drying the palate and balancing the sweetness. Long finish, with returns of spices

🍹 How to Drink It

• Caramel Apple Sour — 50ml CaramelGin + 30ml apple juice + 20ml lemon juice + 10ml sugar syrup. Garnish: dried apple slice
• Caramel Espresso Martini — 50ml CaramelGin + 30ml cooled espresso + 15ml coffee liqueur. Garnish: three coffee beans
• Caramel Ginger Mule — 50ml CaramelGin + 15ml lime juice + top Ginger Beer. Garnish: lime slice + mint
• Caramel Orange Tonic — 50ml CaramelGin + 150ml tonic water. Garnish: orange peel + cinnamon stick
