🍹 How to Drink It
Ginight Tonic — 50ml Ginight + 150ml neutral tonic water. Garnish: violet petals + lemon peel. First pour the gin for the chromatic transformation, then the tonic slowly
Violet Martini — 60ml Ginight + 10ml Dry Vermouth. Garnish: lemon peel. Stir for 30–40s in a mixing glass with ice, strain into a chilled Martini glass
